What happens when my subscription ends?
If your Pro subscription lapses, you enter a 7-day grace period where the machine continues to work normally. After that, the license reverts to Community mode (6 pumps, basic features). Your recipes and data are never lost.
Can I upgrade from Community to Pro?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time from the Cloud Portal. Your existing recipes, settings, and data are preserved. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
How does the Event pass work?
The Event pass gives you full Pro features for a limited time (3 or 7 days). It's a one-time payment, no subscription. Perfect for festivals, corporate events, or pop-up bars. Buy it in the Cloud Portal and activate on your Pi.
Is there a free trial?
The Community tier is free forever with up to 6 pumps. There's no time limit — you can use it as long as you want. If you need more pumps or advanced features, upgrade to Personal, Pro, or grab an Event pass.
How does NFC cashless work? What hardware do I need?
NFC cashless uses standard NFC wristbands or cards. Guests tap to pay at the kiosk, and staff top up wallets using the Cashier PWA on any NFC-enabled smartphone — no special hardware or app install required. Available on Pro and Event licenses.
What data is tracked in the analytics dashboard?
The Cloud Portal tracks real-time revenue, per-cocktail sales, cost and margin analysis, inventory levels across all machines, NFC transaction volumes, and daily/weekly/monthly trends. You can export everything as CSV for accounting.
How many machines can I manage with fleet management?
There is no limit on the number of machines. Each Pro or Fleet license covers one machine, and you can monitor all of them from a single Cloud Portal dashboard with real-time status, inventory alerts, and analytics.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The machine continues to work offline. There is a configurable grace period (default 7 days) during which all features remain active without connectivity. Orders, payments, and production continue normally. Data syncs automatically when the connection is restored.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Community to Personal or Pro at any time from the Cloud Portal. Downgrade is also possible — your data is always preserved. Plan changes take effect immediately.
